Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location.
Please note: total delivery time = processing time (1–3 days) + shipping time (7–12 days), so please allow up to 15 business days from the date you place your order to receive your package.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
